Registration conditions of Hochschul-SMD

1. After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation of registration with details of the payment deadlines. Participation becomes binding upon transfer of the deposit stated in the confirmation. Failure to transfer the deposit does not constitute a withdrawal. Anyone who has not transferred the total amount by the specified date cannot participate. The camp management will then offer the place on the camp to other interested parties.

2. We reserve the right to demand a flat-rate compensation of the travel price as follows in the event of cancellation of a leisure activity:

        50 euros up to 4 weeks before the start of the activity
        50 % of the invoice amount up to 10 days prior to the start of the activity
        thereafter 100 % of the invoice amount

The participant is always at liberty to prove that we have not incurred any loss at all or only a significantly lower loss than the flat rates.

3. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance as well as accident and foreign health insurance (not through SMD).

4. No costs can be refunded in the event of late arrival or early departure (except due to force majeure).

5. If the minimum number of participants for a leisure activity is not reached, it can be canceled up to 30 days before the start. In this case, the amount already paid will be refunded.

6. The personal data of the registration will be electronically processed, stored and used in the SMD central office for internal use.
