As a rule, speakers do not receive a fee. We arrange and pay for accomodation, including catering. We also cover the travel expenses. Spouses and children pay 50% of the follwing prices:

- Full board, Friday Dinner to Sunday Lunch: Adults, aged 16 and older 35 €, Children, aged 15 and younger 25 €, students 25 €
- Singular Meals: Adults aged 16 and older, 10 € each, Children aged 15 and younger, 7 €, Students 7€ 

Overnight stay incl. 6 meals per person.

- 65 € (own sleeping pad/sleeping bag)
