Check-In

In welcher Gruppenunterkunft du übernachtest und wie du dahin kommst, erfährst du im Konferenzbüro (im Vorraum der Evangeliumshalle), dort erhältst du auch deine Konferenzunterlagen. Komm also bitte zuerst dort hin. Das Konferenzbüro ist Freitag von 16-22 Uhr geöffnet, Samstag ab 8:45 Uhr und Sonntag ab 9 Uhr und unter Fon 06421. 805-570 erreichbar. 

Übernachtung & Mitbringen

Du übernachtest mit ca. 10-30 Personen in Räumen auf dem Heko-Gelände, Dusche/WC gibt es im gleichen Gebäude. Bitte bring Schlafsack, Kissen, Isomatte oder Ähnliches, warme Schlafklamotten und Duschtuch etc. mit.

Frühstück

Das Frühstück findet von 8-8:45 Uhr im Mutterhaus-Speisesaal statt (nicht in Sonneck).

Wertsachen

Die Gruppenunterkünfte sind tagsüber voraussichtlich nicht abgeschlossen, bitte lass keine Wertsachen dort.

Öffnungszeiten

Die Gruppenunterkünfte der Männer sind geöffnet bis 24 Uhr. Dann werden alle Gebäude und Quartiere ab- und erst morgens wieder aufgeschlossen. Sei bitte rechtzeitig da, du hast keinen Schlüssel.
Die Gruppenunterkünfte der Frauen erhalten mehrere Schlüssel und teilen sich diesen mit 2-3 Personen. Bitte sprecht euch untereinander ab.

Check-In

In which group accommodation you will  be staying and how you get there, you will get to know in the conference office (in the foyer of Evangeliumshalle). There, you will also receive your conference material. So please go there first. The conference office is open on friday from 4 pm to 10 pm, on saturday from 8.45 am and sunday from 9 am. You can also call us ( 06421. 805-570). 

Overnight stay and what to bring

You will stay with 10-30 persons in rooms on the conference grounds. Bathrooms are in the same building. Please bring a sleeping bag, cushion, sleeping pad or sth. similar, warm sleepwear, a towel, etc. .

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8 to 8.45 am in the Mutterhaus dining room (not in Sonneck). 

Valuables

The group accommodations are not expected to be locked during the day, so please do not leave any valuables there.

Opening hours

Men's group accommodations are open til midnight. After that, all buildings and accommodation will be locked. They will be unlocked in the morning. Please make sure to be there in good time, since you don't have a key.  

Women's group accommodations have several keys and share them among 2-3 persons. Please coordinate with each other.
